We offer a MOBILE service where we bring the shop, tools, inventory and certified RV Tech to you!

WE CHARGE AN ON-SITE SERVICE FEE FOR OUR TRIP.

The rate is $50 within 25 miles of my location and $75 within 40 miles.  If you are beyond 40 miles, we charge an additional $3.50/mile.

We only charge for the trip to you, not the return trip.  In most instances we will be able to carry out your repairs at the initial visit, depending on how much information you can provide prior to our arrival.  If a return trip is necessary we typically charge a HALF on-site fee at the follow-up visit, and we make exceptions for extenuating circumstances.  

Each service call (customer) is charged an on-site trip fee even if in the same park or area.

WE HAVE A $150 MINIMUM SHOP CHARGE FOR ALL ON-SITE SERVICE CALLS!  This will cover most diagonses and often will cover many simple fixes.

Once we arrive, the shop rate is $150 per hour.

Shop rate is for one Certified RV Service Tech with mobile shop.  (Do not misconstrue the ‘shop rate’ with an ‘hourly rate’ – they are not the same thing!)  

We charge a standard flat-rate per task and not by time-on-task. Some exceptions may apply.

Solar builds and other upgrades are billed out from a comprehensive estimate that will include parts and labor before the project begins.  Typically you'll pay for the equipment at the time it is ordered and the labor after installation is completed.

As a mobile service, we focus on areas we are highly skilled and trained in, tooled and stocked for.  There are some services we do not offer and will require taking your RV to a shop or hiring others to perform.
